Being able to see the little pieces come together to form a bigger picture is why I enjoy doing what I do and being able to learn from everyday experiences. There’s usually a new challenge every day, it’s fast paced with many moving parts. I am also excited to come to work every day for the challenge. Everyone seems to be like family here and will take care of each other if anything is needed.
In my opinion, Southwest Louisiana’s culture and atmosphere also contributes to what makes this a great place to work.
